Jay offers a number of consulting services to both the private & humanitarian/development sector:
Conflict-sensitive business training: Offered to both businesses in conflict zones, and humanitarian sector actors working with businesses - 'conflict-sensitive business training' teaches about the pro-peace and conflict causing elements of business activities. Businesses can integrate this into their own practices in order to reduce the risk of advancing conflict, while the humanitarian sector can tailor their business-based livelihood programs to ensure that beneficiaries are pro-peace, rather than conflict causing.
Business-based livelihood program research: Working with the humanitarian/development sector, research services are offered to enhance the poverty reducing and pro-peace elements of business-based livelihood programs.
